• The Lavida: Business center. Ankara/Turkey. 22.000 m².

• Lavida City: Business center. Ankara/Turkey. 16.000 m².

• Keşif Koleji: Elementary school. Ankara/Turkey. 320 kids. Turnkey.



Duties:

• Supervising the quantity surveying process. Preparation of detailed quantities for planning.

• Preparation of baseline schedule including design and procurement processes. Updating schedules on a weekly basis. Advising PM about deviances.

• Preparation of the baseline budget of the project. Analyzing and monitoring the cost of labor, materials, and subcontractors. Updating the budget and controlling variances.

• Analyzing the actual costs and durations. Maintaining baselines and controlling variances.

• Controlling the progress payments of sub-contractors. Making projections about cash flow.

• Assisting procurement phases with technical details and SOWs. Controlling ongoing interim payments of subcontractors.

• Making monthly and weekly reports for top management.

• Attending meetings with customers, supporting PM with various documentations.

• Taking part in the business development process, assisting and improving new project ideas.
