10+ years’ experience in project controls most recently as a Project Planner with outstanding ability to facilitate project delivery with Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Excel.
EPC projects ranging from onshore fabrications to onshore/offshore pipeline construction, jacket and deck installation, offshore riser installation, topside hook-up and platform installations, subsea cable lay, pile foundation and civil/mechanical works.
As part of Heathrow’s Q6 programme of works all HBS3 Standard 2 machines have to be upgraded to meet new International Security requirements. These are being upgraded to HBS3 Standards, and due to space availability the Single Image 2 machine process has been adopted in T1. The works involve strip out of the IDL Terminal and replacing it with a completely new baggage hall and OOG functionality.
As part of the Cross rail expansion projects, Balfour Beatty is responsible for the Design, Build & Commissioning for a section of OLE (Overhead Line Electrification) track between Stockley Bridge Junction & Maidenhead Station. The works consisted of Foundation Piles for the Signals/Masts & Overhead Line Portal Gantries, All Steel Structure Work, SPS (Small Parts Steel) & Wiring (Including ATF) to accommodate increased traffic through this route.
Network Rail is in the process of replacing their current RETB radio system for the Far North and West Highland Lines in Scotland. After a life extension of infrastructure systems, the Next Generation RETB project is planning to Design, Manufacture, Test, Commission the replacement of the radio system element (NRN) as the frequencies used are due to be returned to OFCOM at the end of 2015.

I am passinate about planing&schedule and project control. When graduated, I have been working as one planning engineer. Meanwhile, I gradually realized that I liked what I do during my work. I am very luck that what I like to do is just my own job, so that whatever challenge I encounter, I will persist in overcoming them and enjoy the process.
