  •  Develop WBS, WBS dictionary, resource estimate, duration estimate, compress schedule to develop project schedule.
  • Consolidation and presentation of consultant’s weekly and monthly report
  • Advise and assist the sub-contractors to develop the work program
  • Record and report the actual progress of the work versus the planned work (Infrastructure)
