POSITION IN FIRM                        Senior Planning Engineer

•  Develop WBS, WBS dictionary, resource estimate, duration estimate, compress schedule to develop project schedule.
• Consolidation and presentation of consultant’s weekly and monthly report
• Advise and assist the sub-contractors to develop the work program
• Record and rep

-     Initiate, direct and supervised (with 2 Planning Engineers) for the preparation of all specified schedules, particularly the construction of Kingdom Tower. Task to prepare Master Project Schedule and coordinate with Bovis Int’l for integration with the Master Plan.

-     Arranged a co-ordination meeting via the Project Manager with the project engineers to pinpoint and solve problem areas.

-     Participate in weekly construction meeting for progress control and assessment.

Lead Planning Engineer at Riyadh Head Office, set up a team for Technical Department performing the Tender Technical Proposals for Regional projects including branches in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Lebanon.



Developed detailed construction (baseline) program for the following successful tender projects, detailing stages and sequence of work, order and interdependence of activities, dates for submittals, material approvals, mathematical analysis, and cash flow:

o     Asian Games Village, Doha, Qatar

o     Silhouette Tower, Doha, Qatar
