Project Description:

EPCC Contract for the development of the heavy and light oil reservation in the North Azadegan field, Iran. Establish a production level of 150000 bbl/d, drilling new wells and construction of surface facilities.

Client: National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), surface facilities Basic Designer: Mott McDonald (Canada) and China Petroleum Engineering Co. (CPE)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing surface facility WBS and time schedule
  • Providing WBS and progress measurement system for subcontractors
  • Providing planning and project control related procedures
  • Estimating and updating  project budget
