- Develop and execute Construction Claims Service strategies, processes and procedures, as necessitated.
- Conducts necessary research and acquires supporting documentation to substantiate claims to clients or major subcontractors.
- Lead a team in the analysis or preparation of a complex construction claims, being responsible for the deliverable to the client, whether it be a report, presentation or expert testimony.
- Evaluate project schedules and records to determine cause, effect and liability for construction delays.
- Perform productivity analysis and identify inefficiencies and other issues
- CPM schedule review, evaluation, development, and maintenance
- Recognize and use techniques such as collapsed as‐built, impacted as‐planned, and windows analysis.
- Assistance with the preparation of expert reports and presentations.
- Establish and maintain professional business relations with clients.
- Interface effectively with clients, coworkers, and others
- Market and promote construction claims services, management of projects, financial planning, and control.
