Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination of works at Fuel Farm, Utility Yard Construction, Primary Substation Construction, Runways, Taxiways, Aprons and underground utilities such as HV/MV/LV Power Cable Network, Potable Water Network, Sewage Network, Fire Fighting Network and AGL.
- Responsible for breaking down the construction activities into progress measurable elements.
- Responsible for preparing Site Instruction Impact Analysis for claiming Extension of Time in areas of responsibility.
- Involved in preparation of revised Baseline Schedule.
- Responsible for preparing progress monitoring format for site engineer and supervisor reports.
- Follow-up of deliverables (materials and drawings) and its impact on the Baseline Schedule.
- Prepare Look Ahead Schedules in order to prioritize distribution of resources and to be able to catch-up contract milestones.
- Prepare Risk Assessment for the mobility of equipment, manpower and materials around Apron area due to interface work with Airport Terminal Contractor.
- Contribute in preparing narrative summary for progress reports.
- Attend progress meeting and coordination meeting with subcontractor and with the client.
- Update Project Schedule.
