Project:
Al Watani Residential Development (303 villas with complete Infrastructure Development) at Abu Dhabi – (US$ 150M)
Responsibilities:
• Baseline Schedule Analysis / Control to ensure proper Scope / Integration / Time Management of the project in relation to Contract documents.
• Progress Monitoring & Updating Schedules, Computing Variance and suggesting remedial actions.
• Generate and Update Earned Value project control curves and reports.
• Correspondence to Client, Consultants & Contractors relevant to Schedule in accordance with Conditions of Contract.
• Preparation of Progress reports (Weekly, Monthly & Daily) & Weekly look ahead schedules.
• Preparation of Time–Impact schedule / Delay analysis and support site manager in risk / issues mitigation & claims review.
• Responsible for cost control by optimization of resource utilization.
• Guide Sub contractors in the development of their master schedule in accordance with the contracts requirements & review it for logic, contract compliance and interface issues.
• Review Contractor’s weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Assessment of EOT (Extension of Time) notifications & detailed Claims.
