Responsible for all Project Controls related functions. Had a team of 3 planners, 5 cost engineers and 1 cost technician. Project contract was 830 million Euros. 36 million m3 of excavation, 25+ bridges, twin tunnels of 5.5km (each), 3800 people at peak.
Stayed until close-out of the project, worked in claims against client and claims from subcontractors, helped close-out of subcontracts and preparation of project final report.
Went to Transilvania Motorway Project to do the cost-to-complete forecast. Set up the cost estimation software (developed by me) and monthly cost reporting system.
Unit price calculation: Calculation of new unit prices for the company, and estimation of new subcontractor prices
Cost budget tracking: Weekly budget tracking, monthly budget reporting (earned and cash based)
Cash flow estimation: Weekly, monthly and 6-monthly cash flow estimation
Cost and commitment report: Cost reporting of cost codes (earned)
Project close-out: Stayed until close-out, worked with Project Manager in closing-out contracts and final cost report
Assisting several other new projects' cost estimations (for bidding)
