· AX149 – Air wing Hangers and associated Internal infrastructure works: Value of AED 350 Million: Includes construction of eight new Hangers, Royal Terminal Building and the associated Infrastructure and Internal road pavement works.
AX110 – Cargo Mega Terminal Building, Car park areas and the Access Road works: Value of AED 290 Million: Contracted by the Department of Civil Aviation, the project consisted of a vast and complex civil structure with a total floor area of 180,000 m2 and included the construction of the Cargo Mega Terminal building, with a combined multi-story car park, as well as an elevated 60 meter long pedestrian bridge.
