This project ran straight on from the previous Farringdon Scheme moving from Laing O'Rourke to Bam Nutall for project continuity.
My role was as a Senior Planner reporting to a Lead Planner. I was responsible for the Planning, Timing & Sequencing of the construction of the new Eastern Ticket Hall (ETH). This was a heavy Civils project and included the following:
1. Seacant Piling
2. Concrete Skin Walls Frame & Structure
3. Heavy Propping through Main Box Construction
4. SCL Heading & Tunnels
5. Lindsey Street Bridge Re-furbishment
6. Building & MEP Fit-out
My Responsibilities whilst on this project:
1. Main Site Planning (inc co-ordination of the Periodic Programme for Acceptance)
2. Short-term Planning: Day to Day, Weekly Planning & KPI development and Reporting
3. Longer-term Planning: PfA, Programme to Build reporting and development
4. Project Controls, Trackers and Cost Reporting
5. Logistics and Method based Planning/Sketches
6. Sub-contract Management/Programme releated.
