1. Worked as Project Planning Engineer (Project Control) with BACS (Bechtel, Almabani, CCC, Siemens) Consortium at Riyadh Metro Project KSA (Riyadh Metro – Line 1, 2) Client AR Riyadh Development Authority ADA with Consultant RMTC. (May-2018 to till Date)

First Role as a Planning Engineer.

Working on Proposed and Existing Housing Developments in Kent & Essex.

Managing Landbank and Market forces

Programme updates based on progress and forecasting completion.

This is my Current Project.

Commenced on Site in May 2017

This role has brought me back to Laing O'Rourke

Very similir role to the last role I had at Bam Nuttall.

My Responsibility level was slight more senior and included Line Management for the first time.

The Project included the following:

1. Construction of Broadgate BTH Box at Liverpool Street Station, Crossrail

2. Piling & Heavy Propping.

3. Concrete Skin Walls, Frace & Structure

4. Ticket Hall Fit-out & MEP (inc 3 Banks of Escalator)

My Role included.

1. Overall Programme & Project Controls

This project ran straight on from the previous Farringdon Scheme moving from Laing O'Rourke to Bam Nutall for project continuity.

My role was as a Senior Planner reporting to a Lead Planner. I was responsible for the Planning, Timing & Sequencing of the construction of the new Eastern Ticket Hall (ETH). This was a heavy Civils project and included the following:

1. Seacant Piling

2. Concrete Skin Walls Frame & Structure

3. Heavy Propping through Main Box Construction

4. SCL Heading & Tunnels

5. Lindsey Street Bridge Re-furbishment
