·     Oversees the work executed by the Project Management Consultant and more than 20 specialist consultants deliverables for the Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences, the Palm on a fast track delivery schedule

·     Devises and implements new project management organizational processes, procedures and governance framework for the Development division of Kerzner

·     Monitors construction and development progress of work packages and special projects within the property and worldwide

·     Develops WBS, detailed design and construction work packages, resource deployment schedules and associated team, division and project KPIs to ensure successful delivery against Program targets
