Procedure Development

·     Oversees the work executed by the Project Management Consultant and more than 20 specialist consultants deliverables for the Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences, the Palm on a fast track delivery schedule

·     Devises and implements new project management organizational processes, procedures and governance framework for the Development division of Kerzner

Answering directly to the Onshore Operations Manager, responsible for development of all operations schedules including planned maintenance and emergent work (breakdown and corrective) on the Greater Plutonio FPSO. Using Primavera and Maximo systems to drive work through from initial work request to execution. Also worked with production manager and his team to developed campaign schedules, grouping tasks according to system availability and redundancy.
