Full QDC reporting on all project plans

Design and implement planning stage templates and protocols for new design / cost / programme software

Lead company on programming issues

Design and build company-wide annual programme, including cash flow, resource usage and sales milestones, for incorporation into annual business plan

Company expert on programming and planning, including software, new developments and incorporating lean thinking into all planning processes
