Given specialist position to manage Scotland East training provision for 500 staff. This responsibility only exists in Scotland

Auditing and evaluating training courses

Designing training plans and courses

Directly manage workload of three assessors & two trainers

The other responsibilities of this role include: -

Manpower planning details as under resource & planning manager role

Lead all union negotiations

Full project planning responsibility on all company construction projects

Full planning responsibility for design, site set-up, groundworks, envelope construction (experience of timber kit, concrete & steel frame) fitout, procurement and sales & marketing

Responsible for tender review & analysis, and planning aspects of tendering

Leads Planning Function in dispute resolution within NEC3 framework

Selecting new planners to business at interview

Full experience of CPM & non-CPM, cost appraisal and detailed analysis
