- Ensure the integrated project schedule, leading with guidelines to the contractors in creation of CL.14.1 project baseline schedule and its subsequent maintenance.
- Review and issue compliance report, controlling and monitoring CL.14.1 program of works submitted by Contractors and assist in meeting project deadlines and targets.
- Monitor physical progress against key deliverables and track trends on schedule overrun.
- Provide weekly /monthly progress updates, forecast completion together with the critical path and trend analysis.
- Dealing with contractors Extensions of Time claims.
- Ensuring the consultant to issue the delay notices if contractor failed to achieve the deliverables.
- Instructing and guiding the contractor in mitigation of delays.
