Support the implementation of project schedule management programmes thatprovide an accurate reflection of project performance at a project and programmelevel.Manage and coordinate planning interfaces (Internal & External) and sources ofplanning information.• Provide a planning & scheduling focal point for project and delivery managers andsupervisors.• Ensure project plans and schedules are delivered on time and within the guidelines ofthe project controls processes and procedures.

Role : Senior Planning Manager / SYSTRA

Duties : Covering planning works of Cairo Metro Line3 Phase4 project and Tunnels under Suez Canal project at Port Said.

• Ensure the integrated project schedule, leading with guidelines to the contractors in creation of CL.14.1 project baseline schedule and its subsequent maintenance.
• Review and issue compliance report, controlling and monitoring CL.14.1 program of works submitted by Contractors and assist in meeting project deadlines and targets.
• Monitor physical progress against key deliverables and track trends on schedule overrun.
• Provide weekly /monthly progress updates, forecast completion together with the critical path and trend analysis.

Generate required procdures for project controls and project reporting procedure per client standard requirements

Review contract and bids documents, project scpecifications

Review EPC scehdule and dcouments submission relating to project controls and scheduling

Baseline schedule development and approved work breakdown structures

Establishe progress reporting formats and progress calculations, monthly reporting requitements and control coordination procdures.

I was Responsible for planning and monitoring newly started projects. Preparing the weekly look-ahead schedules was also a part of my job. I was also responsible for preparing and submitting the monthly & weekly progress report to clients and internal meetings. I was also responsible for Preparing material approval and submission (MAS) schedule.
