- Preparing Job Order schedule and establishing priorities.
- Administering subcontractors’ works which include excavation, pipe lay-out, leak detection, pipe repair and replacement, rehabilitation of gate valves, traffic re-routing & safety and road restoration.
- Preparing estimates and BOM and submitting request as per procedure.
- Conducting inspections during site works to verify compliance with MWSI specifications and requirements
- Recommending corrective or defect repair actions on rejected services identified during site inspections.
- Verifying repair works were conducted as per repair procedure and processes.
- Implementing MWSI HSE policies and ensuring subcontractors’ strict compliance.
- Preparing and submitting Daily Accomplishment Report (DAR) to Senior Inspector.
- Receiving and checking subcontractors’ invoices and processing for payment release.
- Controlling documents.
