Project Planning & Management

• Preparation & Monitoring of Integrated baselineConstruction Programme and ensuring consistency with contract documents throughout the project.
• To generate various reports like cash flow, progress, resource analysis, etc. on fort nightly, monthly intervals.
• Establish major project Milestones, Subcontractor Milestones and monitoring the same.

Contract Management

• EOT claims in terms of initial notice & contemporary records, factual assessment.

Site & Construction Management

• Coordinating among Site team, Consultants and stakeholders for smooth execution of the project. 

IT Skills

Well versed with:

• Project Planning Software: Primavera – 6.0, 3.1, MS Project 2007.
• Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
