Ø  Planning, Resource requirement, cash flow statements, fund requirement and Co-ordination with all department for smooth execution.

Ø  Monitoring the project activities on daily basis and identify the critical activities and give the information to execution team to achieve target within the agreed time. If fails, for Recovery plan discussion with field engineers. Co-ordination with Head of office and make the strong coordination between client and field engineers.

Project Planning & Management

• Preparation & Monitoring of Integrated baselineConstruction Programme and ensuring consistency with contract documents throughout the project.
• To generate various reports like cash flow, progress, resource analysis, etc. on fort nightly, monthly intervals.
• Establish major project Milestones, Subcontractor Milestones and monitoring the same.
