· Assisting project manager to coordinate the procurement, planning, and execution activities.
· Detailed study of contract documents and project documents (Drawings, Specification etc.).
· Was the single point of coordination for all kind of material submittal, procurement and engineering requirements of the project.
· Prepare Material submittal logs, arrangement of submittals, and review of compliance of materials with project contract documents.
· Conducting project coordination meetings and workshops between client, consultant and sub-contractors.
· Continuous site inspection and review of project documents to ensure all the technical, engineering and on site works are in accordance with contract documents.
· Preparing schedules and Primavera P6 programs.
· Lead the material submittal and project specific procurement process.
· Assisting the PCS Manager to notify the delay events to the stake holders.
