Project Controls Section Manager, BNFL, Various Nuclear Projwects

Employed by Project Services Group as the Project Control Section Manager responsible for a specific part of the BNFL Engineering business including Thorp, Magnox, MOX & Transport. Duties include overall responsibility of ensuring a team of 16 people provided the depth of cost engineering & planning services required by various project managers within BNFL.

Additional duties include developing & improving future planning and cost control techniques, standardising methodologies for WBS, data dictionaries, control gates, earned value & performance factors etc. Providing technical support & training to planning team members.
