Scope of Work of the project:
Construction at all levels for planned operations of U.S. Forces at Al Udeid. Included are aircraft aprons & ramps, facilities for command & control, communications, headquarters, mission operation, mission support, administration, storage for all classes of supplies, transportation, billeting, quality of life facilities, and infrastructure support facilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
1) Planning, Scheduling & Control by preparing & updating Schedules (CPM Networks & Bar Charts) , Resource (manpower/equipment) loading schedules/histograms, progress curves, cash flow(in/out) charts, look ahead schedules, Invoices, Forensic Planning, Time Extension Claims using Primavera Project Planner (P3 for Windows) & Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel & Word software. Attending Progress Review Meetings.
2) System development for progress measurement, analysis & reporting through Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.
