Gary reported to me (as the Client Representative and NEC Project Manager) in the capacity of Scheduling Manager for three complex, multi-disciplinary bio-solids processing schemes, which were undertaken simultaneously as part of Anglian Water's AMP5 programme.

Throught this period Gary exhibited a high degree of professional responsibility and competence in leading and managing a team responsible for integrated project planning across the three schemes.
