I have been working in the construction industry for over 23 years. I worked in multi-million dollars projects of Civil Engineering, Commercial and Residential building development including CLP Castle Peak Power Plant "B" Emission Control Project, Hong Kong Science Park Phase 2 Area A, and HKUST site formation and civil engineering project. I am experienced in using Primavera P6 Professional Project Management including planning with cost and resources.
I have experiences in working as Client, EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) contractor and main contractor in planning and contract administration works. I was responsible for supervision of contractors, setting up of progress measurement plan and progress monitoring, progress data manipulation and reporting. Also, I got the opportunity to work with international firms on site planning for large-scale government and private projects in tendering and pre-qualification submissions.
