- Analyzes the construction drawings and set up work breakdown structures & activity codes.
- Set up analytical data of activities and resource loading for clause 14 programme developments.
- Set up Fit-out, MEP and SAS works components for clause 14 programme developments.
- Plans, organizes and implements schedule recourse loading and leveling.
- Perform analysis of schedule data, communicating trends to achieve the most effective method of scheduling.
- Responsible in the developing of network logic specifically to integrate the MEP and SAS works within given milestones.
- Involve in developing the weightage factor in the clause 14 programme for schedule performance index.
- Involve in updating the clause 14 programme in weekly basis.

- Involve in developing detailed working programme with realigned sectional milestone for effective project monitoring.
- Involve in updating the detailed working programme in weekly basis.
- Involve in critical path analysis of each sectional milestones
- Involve in completion criticality analysis of each sectional milestone.
- Perform analysis/adjust network logic precedence in detailed working programme to ensure correct forecast of each sectional milestone.
- Communicates/discuss to project planning manager the critical path or driving to the project completion.

- Involve in domestic packages progress meeting and review the sub-contractors programme of various domestic packages.
- Set up basis of monitoring for earned value management.
- Responsible in developing weekly report requirement such as progress summary sheet and Histogram of its trades.
