I am a new user of P6 and I may be asking a lot of questions from now on and I hope noone gets bothered.
I have a question regarding deleting an activity.
I magin the program is almost ready and there are some links between activities, and the PM wants me to delete one activity( imagine it has been agreed and signed off).
Should I just delete the activity?
When is it the good time to use " dissolve" option on the software?
I am looking for some suggestions that you have when you removed and something went wrong.
I want to know what I am going to comfront.

yes use dissolve so you do not have an activity without a predcessor or successor
A fs to B and B fs to C
A--->B--->C
if you dissolve B then A will tie to C
A--->C
