Hi,
If you can, please give me some advice regarding this Delay Analysis Problem. I used “Impacted As Planned” method to analyses delays.
For the very first delay Event, I just took the Baseline & Impact the Delay into that. Now, my Problem is for the Next Delay event, should I use the Baseline or Already Impacted Programme to demonstrate the Delay Analysis.
Thank You
Hi,
I write an article regarding How to perform Impacted As-Planned Delay Analysis in Primavera P6.
If you're interested, kindly read it here https://doduykhuong.com/2016/09/19/how-to-perform-impacted-as-planned-delay-analysis-in-primavera-p6/
Hi Prageeth
You should impact your delay events in strict chronological order of date of impact using the same chart in a rolling sequence.
The date of impact is the last date that the impacted activity could start after the event has run its course.
Bear in mind that the Impacted As Planned method as described in the SCL protocol 2002 is not to be used for Forensic Delay Analysis but only for Work in Progress.
Best regards
Mike Testro
