The Project baseline is your original reference for the project,Secondary will be the next reference and so on....

HOw many activity we can use in a single project and what's the no of relationshipe we can assign in same programme.
means i have one programme in that 20000 nos activity with arround 60000 relationship
i want to know max no of activity and relationship in a single programme ??
It is the reference of your contract schedule,,,Thats you called the baseline schedule.
The project-level baseline is used for project/activity usage spreadsheets and profiles, as well as dates and earned value calculations
The primary, secondary and tertiary are just for earned value and dates
PORJECT BASELINE i may say is the first contractual approved master programme. Primary Baseline basically the Project Baseline or the approved revised programme. Secondary and Tertially baseline for me is the previous reporting period programme, that I used to for easy monitoring which activities missed its previous reporting period target start and completion date.
