I have just come accross an issue that i never faced before.I have Planned a project and after finalizing the baseline when I updated it on the current data date,The critical path has transfered to Non.Critical.Now there is no critical activity in my Whole project.Anyone know the reason behind this??
Next most obvious thing to check is if there is a constraint at the project level.
Assuming you are using P6 (most do), you can check this from Enterprise > Projects. Right-click on your project from the EPS structure and select "Project Details". Go to the "Dates" tab and check that the "Must Finish By" field is blank
If it's not this, calendars would be the next thing I'd look at.

There could be any number of reasons but the most common is that you have some Must End By constraints.
Remove ALL constraints and reschedule.
