Shazia,

Can you send me the screenshot of what you save and screenshot of you getting when open it again so I can visualize what’s going wrong?

Shazia,

Savings is on the layout and not on print. Make sure when saving the layout give a meaningful name so you can open it again.

Shazia,

Click Print Preview then click Page Setup.

On Page Setup dialog box select Options tab then remove all the tick under Print except for Profile. Then select Page tab and tick Fit timescale and enter 1.

If the view is not good try to reduce the % Normal size (i.e 65%) and select Fit timescale again and click apply.
