progress against critical path

Dear Mukunda,

The Schedule is a live document. The approved Schedule is your baseline. This is what you measure your progress against. You do not measure the progress against the critical path. Critical Path are activities with float zero or negative (later on).

Each day the float on your activities decreases. So if you don’t complete the activity, and the float is gone, it becomes critical.

With kind regards,

Samer

critical path only changes once you make updates, just don’t forget to keep the baseline

try to create filter to show only the critical path, and then make updates
