Have some issues with overlapping tasks, unless can be fully resolved I would avoid using this at all.

Thanks Alexandre, good point about rolling up to the Resource Names column, do you know where I might find an example of a macro that would do this please?

this indeed a FAQ! it is only possible to roll up resource names by writing a macro
however, I would not roll up my resource names in the Resource Name column, as it would duplicate the resource workload at work package (summary task) level; if necessary, use a custom text field instead
