This is a known technical issue with PP, and the PP admin team have always granted full access to the production rates to memebers who request it because of this.
It may well take some time, as the PP technical team are rather busy on the new website & other stuff, but they will get round to you.
Hopefully, once the new site is launched, this glitch will have been fixed, but thats just my hope rather than an official message from PP.
I thought the recommendation and activation of full access to rates was automated, or atleast it should be, but it doesnt look so. Its been atleast 4 or 5 years (or maybe even more) since i have been a member of PP and have been recommending colleagues, 5 or 6 i can confirm have already registered. But to this day i am unable to access the full rates. I tried recommending a colleague today as well who signed up but no-where was he asked to enter my login ID as referal. His signing up also didnot show up on my recommended list which has been on 0 (zero) for many years now. Someone needs to sort this out and also i would suggest keeping the rates fully accessible for the members. Dont see any point in keeping it a secret..!!!!
