Dear Abeer,

Select the 20 project, open all (at the same time), then choose "Export" from "File" menue.

the 20 projects will have small size of MB that will be applicable to be burned on CD.

Safinaz

Dear Abeer,

Open all the 10 or 20 projects in Primavera, then go to file export. Follow the wizard. This will create only one file.

when you will use this file you can import any wanted project seprerately from the exported file by shoosing "ignor this project" from the importing wizard this is good way instead of having alot of files.

Hi Abeer,

If you are going to import it back to P6, the 20 projects that you have copied will also equivalent to that numbers.

However, if you want to copy it separately then I think you have to copy it one by one.

Hi Abeer,

Open all the 10 or 20 projects in Primavera, then go to file export. Follow the wizard. This will create only one file.

Note: If your project is too big then you need to open 5 or 10 projects at the same time.

Regards,

Arnold
