In addition, dont use 5 or 6 days for shipment neither air freight. Not good to take a rest in the ocean or airport.

5 days for Engineering, 6 days for Construction. We need rest at least 1 day in a week. Curing time no need rest because its natural action. Use 7 days when u r project is delay but u will spend more money to pay the acceleration costs.

For testing, it should be 7 days calender, but for governmental inspection it should be 5 days calender depending on holidays.
