If you want to do this for 5 days the calendar settings would be;

Sunday work is 8:00pm to midnight

Monday is Midnight to 6:00am

Tuesday to Thursday as Monday

Friday is Midnight to 6:00am

Look at the MSP Night Shift Calendar this will give you a lead.

07:00 to 12:00

12:30 to 17:00

17:30 to 20:00

20:30 to 02:00

If you have a standard load of MSP then have a look at how MSP creates the Night shift calendar in “Project 1” when you open the software.
