The problem was a number of lags with 1.25 days. Thanks again everyone.
Thanks everyone,
I will investigate these options now.
Stuart
There are many reasons why this may happen, but displaying the times with the date is the first step to resolving what is happening.
Then as Brian has indicated check that you default start and finish times are aligned with your calendars.

i guess it happens because of using percentage lags..?
Go into Tools | Options | View and pick a date format that shows the time.
It is possible that the Finish date of the task in question as a time on it that is not the same as the default end time for the calendar.
Stuart,
1. did you put a date constraint on one task?
2. did you change something in the calendars or calendar options?
