come on guys... we all need to start somewhere

here are the steps:

1. go down to k mart and in the kids section u will find an inflatable pool. Buy it and take it home. The duration of this activity will be a function of A the distance you live from the nearest K mart, B the speed u drive, and C your ability to reverse park.

2. inflate the pool, u can use the manual method if funds are tight. An adults lung capacity is about 1 litre and can blow one full breath every 2 seconds, use this to calculate how many blows it will take to fully inflate your new pool.

3. take your garden hose and place one end in the pool with the other end attached to your garden’s water outlet.

4. turn on the tap. the standard metric garden hose delivers water at a rate of 0.763 Litres per second, if you are in the USA you will be using gallons so it will be a little slower.

5. open a beer and kick back in your new pool!!!

// keep on planning :D

Bill,

Can you be more specific with the scope of works. Are you going to expand?.. or just replace the existing surface finishes? How about plumbing system for water supply and drainage? Will there be repairs/changes in Structural or waterproofing?

Hi,

The usual problems with esisting pools are seeping water, and the way to solve the problem is control the underground water by a goood sub-surface drainage system
