Midroc20 Celebration - Held initial planing and set up budget for the project. Followed up cost and handled changes in the scope of work.
Senior Project Planner:
Apply Emtunga – EPC planning for a LQ for Martin Linge Field. Duties include progress reporting and preparation of S-curves for construction. Also held a number of planning workshops for re-baselining the project.
ü Prepare and update project schedule for an assigned project based activity work breakdown structure (WBS) and resource allocations
ü Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan
ü Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management
ü Prepare and submit updated work program and S-curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establish means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities
Safely delivering projects for Aquatic and their Subsea Clients from £100k to over £1Million, ensuring that the relevant departments contribute their part to successfully deliver across the world.
Managing the Aquatic equipment and Operators supplied on projects which consisted of Reel Drive Systems and Tensioners of various capacities for subsea lay and recovery of Umbilicals, flexible pipelines and cables.
During this period I worked at Monitor with an ERP product called Mpower that was used globally for real time project cost management. It was easily integrated with existing systems and planning tools.
During my time at Monitor I passed my APMP and studied planning and the use of software tools including MS Project and Primavera and risk management.
