Consulting roles including:- Developing program plans for Micro Regional Television stations linked by fibre and satellites. (Now operational in East Timor)- Writing new Masters Degree Project Management course material that is used by 4 tertiary institutes- Reviewing and modifying the Project Management Processes for three companies

Defence Material Organisation (DMO)  (Program) Manager, Data Warehouse (DDW)

• Remediating a failed program to the stage that 6 projects had successfully occurred, a proven methodology was in place, and reports were being provide to senior Dept of Defence personnel (including Ministerial Reporting) of Projects and Support Programs.

Director Telstra Data Warehouse Program

• Total accountability to Business Managers for the delivery of the $103M Data Warehouse Program of Projects.  Direct staff 28, contractor staff 80, 129 projects.
• Turned a 13 month late program around to 9 weeks ahead of schedule, $1.018M under cost, and with substantially increased customer satisfaction and risk profile. Worked with business to classify an additional $67M per annum of revenue or cost savings from changes to program.  Improved the overall business case for program.

Delivery Manager, (Program of Programs) Retail Architecture and Delivery

• Management of 8 Program Managers, 97 Project Managers, 160 projects and $400.66M p.a. in capital budget.
