Optus / Singtel ANZ Bank SRN International Program Manager

  • Managing the development, installation, transition and migration of customer services to an updated Super-Regional Network (SRN) for the ANZ Bank.  The Communications suite of services comprises encrypted data, protected internet, apps, voice (IP), and service and contact centres for 178 worldwide sites. 
  • Over 100 staff involved in 35 countries, coordinating more than 1000 people in overall delivery.  Implementing, communicating and institutionalising a succession plan for all roles.  Developing a skills matrix and future role map for all personnel.
