Working at IMCO Engineering and Construction Co. W.L.L, engaged in EPIC for Upgrade of Anti-surge & Turbine Controls at seven remote plants.

Key Responsibilities:

®  Conduct interactive planning sessions with project team to build planning package, logically sound schedule and achieve team ‘buy-in’.

®  Maintain schedules and provide analytical reviews of float and project progress vs baselines to identify areas of concern and participate in the development of recovery plans as needed.

Role & Duties:

Monitoring & Updating for Onshore & Offshore works, Performing necessary reports for client & Company, Make necessary Calculations for claims (Cost & Time Impacts)

• • • Provide strong leadership to planning engineers, schedulers and cost engineers to plan, monitor, and control the execution of the project within the time and budgetary parameters, optimizing resource utilization.
    • Develop systems and procedures for Project control functions on the onset of the project and as and when there are additional requirements from the client in order to facilitate the process of monitoring progress.
    • Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application

Tesoro / BP Refinery: Jan’12 To Present

Responsible for scheduling of different Turnaround (TAR) projects.

Major TAR Projects included:

2001 to date  Alstom Power - Lead Planner for a number of years working on UK and overseas projects. From design & supply projects to major ’Turnkey’ Projects for the build of new gas and oil fired stations to Biomass co-firing projects and Capacity increase Projects. Experience of planning with coal power station projects.  Specific projects are Arnot Power Station Capacity Increase project (Euros 36.233M) in South Africa, Drax Power Station Biomass co-firing project (£48.28M).

·      Prepare target programs. Address the correspondence related to program / progress with client, consultant &sub-contractors.

·      Preparation of planning and scheduling documents such as, updated master schedules, progress reports, ‘S’ curves and Bar charts etc.

Planning Engineer - Khansaheb Civil Engineering LLC

Preparation of clause 14 resource & cost loaded construction program in line with contract conditions.

Progress Monitoring & Updating schedules, computing variance & suggeting remedial actions.

Generate & Update Earned Value project coontrols curves & reports.

Correspondence to client, consultant & contractors relevant to schedule in accordance with conditions of contract.

Preparation of progress reports (weekly, monthly & daily), weekly look ahead schdules & KPIs.

As responsible Construction Planner, contributed towards the construction of Dubai’s first fully automated Urban Railway Network ‘Metro System’; Dubai Metro Rail Project “Phase II Green Line”, Client- Road & Transport Authority (RTA). Main duties were-  

·   Framed out the work breakdown structure from work scope; identified detailed activities, defined chronological work sequences and interdependencies between activities as per drawings, estimate work duration and manpower resources for developing BL Schedule
