• Responsible for overall project planning & material controlling.
• Updating E-P-C Schedule, identifying Critical activities and highlighting it to Project / Construction Manager, Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Project reports.
• Preparation of Cash Flow Reports (look ahead for next 2 months), Cost Reports on a monthly basis, Costing and billing of all construction activities.
• Progress Measurement-monitoring based on the physical progress & raising invoices to client, Monitoring Subcontractor Schedules w.r.t.

Planning and scheduling the project works, utilizing a Project Definition Document.
Manage and Control the project.

- Responsible to validate and control changes; provide consolidating and integration of schedules and manage the interfaces; report weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards; analyze the schedules looking for risks and opportunities. Project Manager supporting, and elaborating Project Execution Plan for the Minas-Rio System.

Iscor Heavy Minerals MSP Project in Richards Bay.

Various Group 5 Projects tenders’ programmes are done in Primavera.

Producing master programme, progressing and working the plan, supervising 7 planners and assistants. Accommodating significant changes to scope and budget, rebaselining the programme annually.

I/E Planner for the construction of the Thebaud Topsides Facilities for the Sable Gas Platform at Kvaerner’s Port Clarence yard. Responsible for updating the P3 plans, cable schedules and job cards etc. to produce weekly productivity and progress reports by discipline.

This is my current role, I am employed as a Planner with MMC Gamuda on various railway projects in Malaysia.
