Project Description
Circa £250m 5 year programme of Anglain Water's most large and complex capital investment projects, including new & upgraded WTW, Upgraded WWTW, New potable mains, and shore repair of existing reservoirs. Projects were managed from concept design through to financial close and benefits realisation, managed under a modified NEC2 contract form.

In addition to Phil’s responsibilities as an owner and director of Axiom Project Services, Phil has been involved with the following projects:
Development and monitoring of the Project Master Schedule, on-site progress monitoring and performance reporting, review and appraisal of contractor detail schedules, weekly and monthly reporting.
Responsible of handling Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and control activities (for upstream, downstream, Turnaround Development projects)Planning ; Scheduling for EPC ; I activities fortheOil & Gas Fields and Production Facilities.My scope included putting together a CPM network using Primavera P3/P5 ,Planning, Scheduling, monitoring and reporting progress to management, Production of a critical path logic network fully resourced along with progress curves and manpower histograms.
I have been engaged in planning for 21 years dealing with production through multi disciplinary projects, from inception through commissioning. My career has progressed from the shop floor (Boilermaker) to the current post of Planning Lead. Experience has been gained in production, power generation, process plant, petro-chemical, aluminium smelting, breweries, Copper mining, covering all disciplines. Currently I form part of the Owners team, based in Warri, Nigeria. Present project portfolio totals some US $5 Billion, ranging from Flow stations through to Central Processing Plants.
