For Tenders:Made Tender schedules for steel constructions in the broadest sense andmultidisciplinary projects such as offshore production facilities in Primavera P6. Setup, developed and realised the fully integrated EPC tender planning for the renovationof 8 bridges over the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal. This was the combinationKWS-Mercon for Kargo Project. Organised and integrated the subcontractorsschedules for the overall EPC Tender planning process.

Other Duties

Construction of Fourth Oil Berth Project at Butcher Island, Bombay, India,  comprising an approach bund 547m long, an approach jetty 5.9m wide & 1248m long and berthing and mooring facilities for vessels up to 1,50,000 DWT, designed by STUP INDIA Consultants and execution consultancy by Christiani & Nielson a Danish Construction Company

Responsible for Hull planning and scheduling, production and construciton progress form desing through fabrication of modules to final erection/outfitting.

Program Management Contractor’s Planner/Scheduler that oversees the Contractor’s project control functions which includes but not limited to:

Tender Planning Including:

• Producing robust, fully logic linked design, procure, construct, commission programmes with input from designers, subcontractors and other members of the tender team.
• Planning for and producing site logistics plans incorporating crane positioning, excavation batters, site and public access and egress routes and all associated logistical requirements in both 3D and 2D for internal decision making, presentations and for inclusion in submission documents.
• Writing construction, access and traffic management method statements a

¤  Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & updating on Primavera P6/MSP by making L2 and L3 Schedules for all phases covering in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC).

¤  Management Information System(MIS) prepared (Frequency - Monthly):

·       Statement of Planning (applicable Baseline) vs. Achievement &"S - Curve".
