Offshore Block 17 Angola Brownfield Project

Senior Lead Planning Engineer to set up the different Offshore Brownfield Project, then follow up, reporting of SPS Package (Subsea equipment as Xtrees, Multiphasic Pumps, Structure)

- I am responsible for the planning and monitoring of progress for the construction projects that Civil Mining and Construction (CMC) undertake.  I monitor and forecast both time and cost progress for the projects, including resource levelling, cash flow and budget expenditure.

I principally use Primavera P6 to plan and monitor the progress of the projects, however also utilize Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Project where the client prefers those tools.

Ø  Planning, Resource requirement, cash flow statements, fund requirement and Co-ordination with all department for smooth execution.

Ø  Monitoring the project activities on daily basis and identify the critical activities and give the information to execution team to achieve target within the agreed time. If fails, for Recovery plan discussion with field engineers. Co-ordination with Head of office and make the strong coordination between client and field engineers.

I worked as an Assistant Engineer during development stage of Phil-Sino Center for Agricultural Technology (PhilSCAT) where we constructed the following:

Senior Planner on new Pyramids Hospital Project in Cairo, Egypt and new ENPPI HQ Project Cairo, Egypt. Responsible for project planning and progress reporting.

Project Planner / Coordinator on office buildings in Woking and Horsham. Responsible for method statements, materials scheduling, planning and progress reporting.
