   Control Programme to manage the programme as a whole.

   Creating detailed programmes for Comissioning / Major Construction Weekends.

Daily development of operational, maintenance, and turn around schedules, planning activities, Maximo Super-user, new service & material provider contract negotiation.

Preparation of infrastructure and water projects for tender and post tender. Identify defined work activities; verify durations, start dates and end dates meet the project needs. Preparing cash flows based on project schedule. Site visits to update project plan. Weekly progress updates. Ensure all deviations are reported. Critical Path Analysis (CPA), Earned value and total float analysis and recommendations.

Planning manager to the East Village retrofit accommodation programme to return the Olympic Athletes accommodation back to the public domain.  The site comprises of 2800 accommodation units which are a mixture of market properties, shared ownership and social accommodation units.  Leading a team of 6 planners in the delivery of programme, project control and planning services.  Reporting internally direct to the Head of Programme Delivery and indirectly to the Olympic Delivery Authority.

Assigned at Fabrication Yard, Primary role looking after the Fabrication of Train 1 and Train 2 area up to Pre-Commissioning.Supervised subcontractor COOEC Planners, helping them to develop their Level 5 schedules for Train 2 and Train 1.Review the Fabrication Master Schedule and helping to do the re-baseline especially the additional scope of work.

Member of a Project Control Team for a Construction Group and dealing with Roads & Bridges, Bulk Civil Works, Pipeline Works, Land Development etc.

Planning & monitoring the projects starting from Tendering stage till the finish stage. Dealing with weekly reporting and detailed productivity analysis to track the project. Early warnings for future conflicts or issues, Dealing with EOt Claims & associated Costs.
