Project Controls Engineer/ Cost Analyst for Washington River Protection Solutions. Primary role is to forecast estimates to complete, create critical path schdeules, write variance reports, and create project management flow charts.

Planning Assistant to Planner

Drilling Rig Upgrades, Maintenance and Asset planning, Progress updating and reporting

Prepare schedule and cost distribution for bidding purpose and for New acquired project

1. Compute Quantities based on approved and latest plans/drawings.

Delivered rapid start-up of reporting tools and templates. To collectt and collate programme data, coordinating the collaborative effort between Delivery Partner (KBR), User Services (Motorola) and Mobile Services (EE). Tracked key milestones against each work stream and produced an array of reports presenting current progress status and how the programme was performing. Analysed Motorola and EE schedules to ensure they were delivering on time to programme.

Performing Planning, schedulling & Controlling roles at Mall of the Emirates Expansion & CAPEX Projects.

ü  Prepare and update project schedule for an assigned project based activity work breakdown structure (WBS) and resource allocations

ü  Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan

ü  Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management

ü  Prepare and submit updated work program and S-curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establish means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities

Project Controls Specialist - Cost Control

- Design, review and lead electrical and instrument project.

- Identify development project to improve production and the reliability of production.

- Build and develop strong and high spirit team of engineering

- Manage Capital Project and Operating Project from project initiation, design, construction until handover to sponsor.
